Guests Make Their Own Bauble At The Conrad St James, London

    Brief

The Conrad St James PR team approached us wanting a unique experience that their media guests could do as part of their Christmas Media mixer event in 2022. They wanted an informal set up where guests could come up and make their own baubles throughout the evening.

    The solution

We created a bauble bar, where four to six guests could come up at any one time to create their unique personalised baubles. The table was laid out with a variety of dried flowers in a mixture of colour pallets to accommodate all tastes and styles.

Each bauble was personalised with Gold and White letters and the guests got to take their baubles away in a premium gift bag with gift tag.

    The result

There were lots of happy bauble makers at the event and the hotel were over the moon with the social media buzz that the bauble workshop game them. Guests are so pleased with what they create that they almost always take to their social media accounts to share their creation and tag the event they are at, making a Bauble Workshop an ideal solution for press and social media events.

“We just wanted to say thanks again for joining us last night we have really great feedback and think the baubles really made the event memorable for our guests. It was great to see some nice stuff on socials and everyone getting involved– think your stall was the highlight of the evening!”

    Rebecca, The Conrad St James
