Workshop Terms & Conditions
For the purposes of this document, “us/we” refers to Gilded Bee/Bauble and “you/your” refers to the customer.
01. Property Ownership & Responsibility
01.1 All workshop equipment is the property of us and remains so at all times throughout your workshop.
01.2 All workshop materials used within the workshop are the property of the attendees and all leftover materials will be taken away by us.
01.3 All spelling of the names supplied by you to us for the purposes of personalisation is your responsibility.
02. Payment Terms
02.1 Payment for Goods and related delivery charges must always be made in
advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process.
02.2 Payment must be made in full for your Order, without any set-off,
counterclaim, deduction, or withholding (except where any deduction or
withholding of tax is required by law).
02.3 Our preferred payment method is BACS transfer and we also accept the these methods of payment:
2.3.1 Debit Card;
2.3.2 Credit Card;
2.3.3 Paypal
03. Cancellation
03.1 In the event you need to cancel your workshop, we require 8 weeks notice for full refund.
03.2 Any less than 12 weeks notice will incur the full amount being charged
03.3 If you are unable to cancel with 12 weeks notice we will endeavor to give you alternative date options for your workshop
04. Workshop Period
04.1 Unless specifically arranged at the time of booking, all standard workshops are based on a total of 4 hours, to allow for set-up, the workshop itself and tidy-up.
04.2 If you require a longer workshop, please state this at time of booking.
05. Delivery
05.1 All Goods purchased through Our Site will normally be delivered within 14
calendar days after the date of Our Order Confirmation unless otherwise
agreed or specified during the Order process.
05.2 All goods purchased for a workshop on an agreed date will be delivered to the venue with the workshop hosts.
06. Our Liability
06.1 Subject to sub-Clause 06.3, We will not be liable to you, whether in contract,
tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss
of profit, loss of business, interruption to business, for any loss of business
opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in
connection with any contract between you and Us.
06.2 Except to the extent expressly set out in sub-Clause 10.1, the terms implied by Sections 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and by Sections 3 to 5 of the
Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 are excluded.
06.3 Nothing in these Terms of Sale seeks to limit or exclude Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence (including that of Our employees)
07. Events Outside of Our Control (Force Majeure)
07.1 We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing Our obligations
where that failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond Our
reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure,
Internet service provider failure, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by
third parties, riots and other civil unrest, fire, explosion, flood, storms,
earthquakes, subsidence, acts of terrorism (threatened or actual), acts of war
(declared, undeclared, threatened, actual or preparations for war), epidemic or
other natural disaster, or any other event that is beyond Our reasonable
Control.
07.2 If any event described under this Clause 12 occurs that is likely to adversely
affect Our performance of any of Our obligations under these Terms of Sale:
07.2.1 We will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible;
07.2.2 We will take all reasonable steps to minimise the delay;
07.2.3 To the extent that We cannot minimise the delay, Our affected
obligations under these Terms of Sale (and therefore the Contract) will
be suspended and any time limits that We are bound by will be
extended accordingly;
07.2.4 We will inform you when the event outside of Our control is over and provide details of any new dates, times or availability of Goods as
Necessary;
07.2.5 If the event outside of Our control continues for more than 10 business days We will cancel the Contract and inform you of the cancellation. Any refunds due to you as a result of that cancellation will be paid to you as soon as is reasonably possible and in any event within 10 business days of the date on which the Contract is canceled and will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods;
07.2.6 If an event outside of Our control occurs and you wish to cancel the
Contract as a result, please use the following details:

In each case, providing Us with your name, address, email address,
telephone number, and Order Number. Any refunds due to you as a
result of such cancellation will be paid to you as soon as is reasonably
possible and in any event within 10 business days of the date on which
the Contract is canceled and will be made using the same payment
method that you used when ordering the Goods [unless you
specifically request that We make a refund using a different method].
08. Risk Assessments & Safety
08.1 We carry out risk assessments for all our workshops to ensure items are handled and used correctly. All items are checked before and after workshop and undergo regular maintenance. We do everything we can to ensure the safety and safe handling of the items.
08.2 We are not responsible for any injury or damage to property, persons or objects arising from the use of any equipment under hire. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or additional costs that may arise as a result of the use of our hire items.
09. Copyright
09.1 All images, photography and wording on our social media are copyrighted to us unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Our company name and logo may not be used by anyone other than us. Images may not be copied, printed or otherwise disseminated.
10. Colours of Items
10.1 All efforts have been made to represent our items accurately in our photographs, however sometimes there may be slight discrepancies with colour due to different monitors showing different saturation and photographs being taken in different lighting and we cannot be held accountable for this. Every care is taken to provide the items as you expect them.
10.2 Due to the fact we use natural materials in our workshops, materials and colours may vary depending on what is in season and available at the time of your workshop. Every attempt will be made to provide flowers in colours matching your chosen theme, however during busy times we may need to use alternatives. You will always be informed ahead of your party date.
11. Disclosure
11.1 Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of us.
11.2 “The [vendor] will not refer to the KKR name or logo for publicity or external marketing purposes. The [vendor] acknowledges that the content and topics of meetings and/or attendee names are confidential information of KKR and shall not be disclosed.”
