Booking & Confirmation
All workshop bookings must be made by submitting an enquiry through the website contact form or contacting us via email.
Following receipt of an enquiry, we will confirm availability and issue a written quotation. A booking is not confirmed until written acceptance has been received from the client and a confirmation email has been issued by us.
By confirming a booking in writing, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Payment
Full payment will be due on booking to secure the date and event.
Guest Numbers
The quoted price is based on the agreed number of guests.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Reductions in guest numbers after this time will still be charged at the confirmed number, as materials and staffing will already have been allocated.
Additional guests may be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations & Postponements
If the client cancels:
Where possible, we will try to reschedule the event to a mutually convenient date within the same season. Rescheduling is at our discretion and subject to availability. Reduction in guest numbers will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Venue & Access
The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable for the workshop, including adequate space, tables, seating, lighting and access for unloading and setup.
We require access to the venue at least 60 minutes before the workshop start time and adequate time afterwards for pack down.
Parking or loading access must be provided where possible. Any parking charges incurred may be added to the final invoice.
Workshop Materials & Care
All tools and materials remain our property unless otherwise stated.
Guests are expected to take reasonable care when using equipment. The client is responsible for any loss or damage caused by guests beyond normal wear and tear.
We cannot be held responsible for stains or damage to clothing during the workshop. Guests are advised to wear suitable attire.
Allergies & Safety
Workshops involve the use of natural foliage, dried flowers, plant materials, wires, adhesives and decorative products.
By attending, guests acknowledge these materials may cause allergic reactions or minor irritation. It is the client’s responsibility to inform attendees and notify us in advance of any known severe allergies where possible.
Photography
We may take photographs during workshops for marketing and promotional purposes.
These images will not identify individuals by name.
If the client or any guest does not wish to be photographed, they must notify us before the workshop begins.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform the workshop where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, transport disruption, venue closure, illness, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the workshop.
Liability
We hold appropriate public liability insurance.
However, participation in the workshop is at the attendee’s own risk. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the event.
