We’re often told that our personalised baubles make the perfect Christmas gift for an event or party. They tick lots of boxes being thoughtful, personal and beautiful. Thats why we have launched Bauble.
Bauble provide engaging and creative professional bauble workshops, at home, in the office or at an event. Our workshops are simple to host yet memorable to attend, each guest crafts a beautiful, high-quality bauble they will treasure for years to come.
The workshop will generate theatre and intrigue at your event. Guests will bond over a creative experience that also provides a unique take-home gift.
From intimate sit-down sessions for 10 people to drop-in workshops for parties of 100+ we can put together a bauble making workshop package that will be the talking point of your event and beyond.
Bauble Workshop at your event
Whether you’re hosting a small, private gathering, a drop-in bauble workshop or a largescale corporate event, bauble making generates intrigue and theatre for your guests.
Choose from our Hosted, Host-your-own or Pre-made bauble options to create the perfect activity that will make for a truly unique and memorable event.
Prices from £1,300 (plus VAT)
Guests have the creative freedom to have fun producing their very own special bauble.
A typical hosted bauble workshop include:
- 4 sample baubles incorporating your brand to inspire guests
- 2 Fully trained hosts will support guests decorating their bauble.
- Guests get to choose from a range of ribbon colours and sustainable and vegan decorations.
- For a smooth process we’ll prepare a list of names in advance and have a cutting machine with us to make personalised names live from the event if a guest requests something different.

Tailored to your event
Our hosted workshop format can be tailored to your event and include branded elements such as branded ribbon and gift tags.
- Small events up to 50 guests tend to be seated bauble workshops with a quick introduction from the lead ‘Bauble’ host with several ‘Bauble’ hosts on hand to assist as guests get to work.
- Typically these workshops are informal and take around 20 to 30 minutes to make one bauble.
- The act of making a bauble is super simple and relaxing with only a little concentration needed, making it an ideal activity to do whilst networking.
Looking for a longer workshop
If you are looking for a longer workshop guests can make several baubles and we can also teach them how to professionally gift wrap.
Larger events
Larger events of over 50 guests tend to be standing events with guests moving between stations where a ‘Bauble’ host can support them at each stage.
- Baubles are taken home in luxury paper bags with branded tags and rope handles.
- Each guest would typically take around 5 to 15 minutes to make decorate their bauble.
